National Institutes of Heal Has Announced Three Funding Opportunities Through HartfordAAIM/ASP Grant

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) just announced three funding opportunities spawned by the NIA U13-ASP/AAIM Diabetes and Cardiovascular Complications in Older Adults Symposium. The research agenda-setting symposium was co-sponsored by the John A. Hartford Foundation through it’s "Integrating Geriatrics into the Specialties of Internal Medicine: Moving Forward from Awareness to Action" which seeks to achieve the goal of embedding geriatrics and gerontology into the specialties of internal medicine by expanding research efforts through National Institutes of Health meetings, continuing professional development of T. Franklin Williams Scholars, and putting resources to work constructively.
