Hartford Foundation President Terry Fulmer, PhD, RN, FAAN discussed "Raising the Status and Skills of the LTSS (Long Term Services and Support) Workforce" and the challenges that lay ahead for this field to meet the demands of an aging population.

At the core, Dr. Fulmer outlined three succint goals that the LTSS workforce should aspire to: "“Better care, better health outcomes, and lower costs. If we all can work on the triple aim, that’s where we want to be—the right care in the right place of service for the right cost and value.”
