The John A. Hartford Foundation and Collaborators Honored at 2015 HHS Innovates Awards

Secretary Burwell and Acting Deputy Secretary Mary Wakefield announced the morning of June 24, 2015 the 2015 Innovates Awards honorees at the HHS Innovates Awards ceremony in the Hubert H. Humphrey Building, Washington, D.C.The John A. Hartford Foundation along with its collaborators (Marisa Scala-Foley, ACL; Lauren Solkowski, ACL; Tim McNeill (consultant); Partners in Care Foundation; and National Association of Area Agencies on Aging) were all honored for "linking health care and community services" via the ACL Busines Acumen Learning Collaborative.
