Hartford Staff Title Changes Announced

The John A. Hartford Foundation is pleased to announce title changes for two staff members, approved at the December 2014 meeting of the Board of Trustees.

The John A. Hartford Foundation is pleased to announce title changes for two staff members, approved at the December 2014 meeting of the Board of Trustees. Corinne H. Rieder, Ed.D., formerly Executive Director, now holds the title of President. As announced in June 2014, Dr. Rieder will be retiring after 16 years of leading the Foundation, effective upon completion of a national search for a successor, which is currently underway. Dr. Rieder’s successor will also hold the title of President.

Additionally, Marcus R. Escobedo, MPA, formerly Program Officer, now holds the title of Senior Program Officer. Serving nearly nine years at the Foundation, Marcus will continue to oversee the development of the Foundation’s Policy and Communications funding portfolio, in addition to managing several grant programs under the legacy portfolio focused on medical education.
