The Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Associations (GAPNA) is hosting its 32nd Annual Conference in Chicago, IL September 18-21, 2013. GAPNA (formerly NCGNP) was founded in 1981, by a small group of GNPs with the intention of offering the first continuing education conferences designed specifically to meet the needs of advanced practice nurses. Currently, GAPNA represents the interests of certified advanced practice nurses who work with older adults in a wide variety of practice settings.
