Hartford Partnership Program for Aging Education Adoption Initiative Continuation

Grant Summary

Formerly known as "Practicum Partnership Program Adoption Initiative Continuation," funding from this renewal grant will provide $75,000 each to 25 schools of social work to implement a rotational field training model for working with older adults. Funding will also be used to continue support of a coordinating center, create "starter kits" and other materials that can be used by schools of social work wishing to implement the training model in the future, and for meetings and workshops in support of the program. At the conclusion of this grant, one-third of all graduate schools of social work will have adopted the rotational training model for working with older adults.
